Diesel photography july-september 2011
Summer 2011 saw the lowest point in the Class 60's lives, with less than 10 members in traffic on some days,it was a case of catch them while (and where!) you can! Luckily I was able to see two worthwhile and rare workings in the period, with 60049 dropping onto 6E51 to Selby and 60099 working from Drax to Tunstead. The summer of 2011 also saw 47580 touring in it's wonderful Large Logo livery and 37610 performing passenger training runs on the Cumbrian Coast. Who'd have thought it would take nearly a further 4 years before the aforementioned passenger services actually began!
